Spacious rooms provided ample space to unpack, and the location near Shinjuku station was a significant advantage for exploring. The indoor pool was a great amenity to have, especially for downtime within the hotel. However, the south tower felt outdated and darker compared to the main tower, which showcased modern decor and better housekeeping attention.

The hotel's breathtaking architecture left me in awe, but the uncomfortable pillows and persistent morning banging made it hard to fully enjoy my stay.

Had an amazing time at this hotel! The room was spacious enough for all our luggage and we loved the complimentary water each day. 😊

The spacious room made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in! Beautiful picture windows offered us breathtaking views, including glimpses of Mt. Fuji. Plus, the whole experience was made even better by access to a fantastic Club Lounge where we enjoyed coffee and breakfast every morning!
